Never. We operate with full confidentiality - your CV is only shared once we’ve discussed the opportunity and you’ve given the green light.

We predominantly recruit full time, permanent placements with clients. However, we also work with certain clients on Fixed-Term contract appointments and very occasionally – Freelance or Consultant.

Chartered status (RICS/CIOB/APM) is preferred by many employers.

We also place non-chartered PM’s and QS’s based on strong experience and technical capability across the consultancy market. It is more challenging within the QS market!

Chartered status typically leads to a higher salary, a larger selection of opportunities, international mobility and internal progression.
