James has spent over a decade working in the UK built environment recruitment market, partnering with top property consultancies, multi-disciplinary firms, project management consultancies and client-side developers both in the UK and internationally. His work spans Project Management and Development Management recruitment, placing talent that helps drive complex property and construction projects forward.
With roots in the UK property industry since his time at Reading University, James has built a network of long-standing relationships — many of his university friends are now clients, directors, and hiring managers at well-established firms. His deep understanding of the technical demands in construction consultancy recruitment has grown alongside the careers of those he’s supported over the years.
When he’s not connecting people and projects, you’ll find James following his love for antique toys, supporting Chelsea Football Club, or experimenting in the kitchen — usually with travel inspiration behind the menu.

Following her 20+ years of experience as a Bond Broker, Claudine has spent over 10 years working in the built environment recruitment market. She works closely with Quantity Surveyors across the UK, providing career advice and helping QS candidates secure new roles that genuinely suit them. Whether it’s a multi-disciplinary Consultancy, PQS firm , or client-side organisation, she’s known for listening carefully, asking the right questions, and putting people forward for the right reasons.
She works with everyone from Assistant Quantity Surveyors through to Partner / Commercial Director level and understands the ins and outs of what Quantity Surveyors actually do - not just what’s written on the job spec. For Claudine, recruitment is personal. It’s about long-term relationships, not short-term wins.
Based in the UK, she’s raising her twin boys, loves running, balancing mum life with her passion for connecting good people with good work. She’s big on honesty, doesn’t do fluff, and always brings a calm, considered approach to the table with a “never give up” attitude and the tenacity to match a Rottweiler.

Jonas brings five years of hands-on experience in the UK construction project management sector before moving into recruitment. With his experience and a degree in Project Management, he offers a rare technical understanding of construction project management that few recruiters can match. Having delivered projects across retail, residential, film studios, and commercial CAT A & CAT B fit-out sectors, Jonas now uses that industry insight to connect top-tier project management professionals with leading consultancies across London.
His background includes working with respected firms such as Gardiner & Theobald, Knight Frank, and CPC Project Services, alongside clients including British Land, H Properties, Hudson Pacific Properties, Patrizia, St Martins, and Swiss Life. This depth of first-hand project experience enables Jonas to identify and engage the right talent for every stage of a development from Assistant Project Managers through to Directors.
When he’s not matching talent to opportunity, you’ll find Jonas on the snooker table, supporting Chelsea at the Bridge, in the gym, or cooking what he confidently calls “the best steak in the world".
