We are working with an impressive, fast-growing boutique construction consultancy that is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to its London team. They have grown quickly, with their work currently focused mainly on London local authority schemes, and they are now growing their private sector offering, so there is real scope to broaden your experience beyond the public sector as the business expands.
This is a senior delivery role leading projects across residential, office and community schemes, including community centres and other public buildings. You will own projects from inception to completion, manage client relationships, and support and mentor junior members of the team.

It is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who wants greater autonomy and a real role in shaping an ambitious, growing consultancy. Requirements
- Strong project management experience within the built environment
- Experience delivering local authority or public sector schemes in the consultancy environment, with private sector exposure a plus
- Track record of leading residential, office or community and public sector projects
Package
- Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonus
- Annual company ski trip and summer trip for the whole team
- Support towards RICS or APM accreditation
