Huntsman are delighted to be partnering with a repeat client in securing a new Senior Project Manager for their London office based in the West End.
This firm are a Project Management and Quantity Surveying business with a great culture and client base. You will be working on a mixture of schemes to include Shell and Core commercial, Later Living developments, retail development and much more.
This is a growing team in the business and this role will work very closely with the senior leadership group in helping shape and deliver the future success of the business.
Candidates must have the following experience:
- Proven project leadership on schemes at least £10million in construction value
- Project Management Consultancy or Client side experience
- Contract Administration of JCT Contracts
- Employer Agent experience
- Approximately 5-7 years of experience in industry
Candidates will be expected to be in office at least 4 days per week in the London HQ, located in the West End.
On offer is a competitive package to include x2 Bonuses. There is very clear career progression in the firm and candidates will be working very closely to the senior leadership team who are seasoned professionals in the industry.
On offer is a base salary of up to £70,000 plus benefits.
