An industry-leading project management consultancy in Central London is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager or Associate Director to join a team delivering a fantastic £80million refurbishment of a Garde 1 Listed Building.
Based out of the West End, this consultancy are market leaders within the high-end development sector, with an enviable portfolio of completed and ongoing schemes. Having worked closely with this team for several years, they have built an excellent reputation in the market through their personable, hardworking and hands-on approach and quality of service with their clients.
This is a hands-on Senior Project Manager / Associate Director role working closely alongside senior leadership across a Grade 1 Listed building from inception through to completion. The scheme requires strong stakeholder management and experience delivering within complex live environments. You will be heavily involved across project delivery, client management, governance, reporting, change control and contract administration, effectively leading the scheme.
Requirements
- Experience within a project management consultancy
- Experience delivering heritage buildings (Desirable)
- Experience working on projects in excess of £50m in value
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts and contract administration
- Experience carrying out pre-construction project management duties and Employers Agent responsibilities
- Ideally chartered or working towards chartership
Package
- Salary up to £85,000 + package
- Discretionary bonus
- Regular review cycles both on salary and progression.
