A sector-leading cost consultancy located in the City is looking for a Senior Cost Consultant to take ownership of a number of residential market-sale developments in London. This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, visibility, and genuine influence from day one and someone who has a track record of delivering residential developments in London.
The Opportunity:
You’ll join a consultancy recognised for delivering some of London’s most significant residential and mixed-use projects. They need someone who can step in with confidence, drive pre-contract activity, manage consultant teams, and act
Strong pre- and post-contract experience is essential. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and external teams, steering the project with minimal senior oversight and ensuring momentum through to delivery, so you be confident in leading project deliveries and supporting client relationships.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong consultancy background delivering high-end residential or mixed-use projects.
- Technically astute in providing cost management services (cost planning, procurement, and post contract)
- Sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers of residential cost and value.
- Good track record of delivering residential developments.

- Base salary that pays up to £70,000 + full benefits package and hybrid working.
