You'll be involved in projects from inception through to completion, working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment that encourages career progression and professional development. With such a broad range of work, this role is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure across multiple sectors and build a varied project portfolio.

The Role

  • Deliver cost management services across a diverse range of projects.
  • Prepare cost plans, estimates and tender documentation.
  • Manage procurement processes and contract administration.
  • Monitor project costs, variations and financial reporting.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the successful delivery of projects from feasibility through to final account.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Previous consultancy experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, with NEC experience being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Highly organised with strong commercial awareness.
  • Currently working towards APC/MRICS, or keen to begin the APC journey, would be highly beneficial.
