Working for a fast growing Boutique Consultancy based in London's City. This a brilliant opportunity for a project-level Quantity Surveyor.
Working on a mixture of projects, this business have a very strong leadership team with a great Developer led client base.
You will be working alongside a small, but growing team of people who have a wealth of experience in the construction quantity surveying industry. The majority of the current pipeline is across Commercial Office developments residential, retail and hospitality.
Candidates must have experience in a Quantity Surveying capacity, working for a UK consultancy.
It is important that you have experience working with a Private Sector clients, are confident with report writing and have experience updating risk registers and are familiar with JCT Contracts. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and confident and wanting to work on the whole lifecycle of the project.
There is excellent training and development opportunities from senior staff
Salary is up to £60k plus benefits package to include a bonus!
