Huntsman are delighted to be supporting a repeat client with the growth of their Project Management team in London.
A boutique consultancy who have approached things differently, ensuring clear professional pathways, creating a supportive and collaborative environment, and giving responsibility to staff early on in their career all whilst having a great time!
This role would be working as part of their Project Management team on a range of projects. Whilst the company are predominantly active in High Rise Resi (BTR,PBSA) they are also delivering schemes to clients in the private education, commercial and Industrial markets.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Experience with the contract administration of JCT Contracts
- Understand and have carried out the role of an Employers Agent
- Can demonstrate managing projects from inception through to completion
- Confident in preparing project briefs, consultant scopes and RFPs
- Developed and managed procurement strategies, consultant appointments and tender processes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultancy teams through planning and design.
Candidates MUST have either Consultancy experience or have worked client side to be considered for this role.
