If you have an interest in, and have worked in, the Industrial and Logistics sector (Warehouses), a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy client of Huntsman is looking to grow and develop this sector with the support of the CEO and Senior Leadership.
This firm is working closely with an expanding developer client who has a very active pipeline of projects within the I&L market, and they would like to appoint a Project Manager to act as the sector lead and help to further develop and grow this part of the business. They have also recently won another client who they are currently working with on other schemes and are active at networking events within the industry.
Candidates must have a proven track record working on schemes of 100,000 sqft and above in the I&L market from pre-construction through to delivery.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious candidate to grow out a sector from an early stage of their career.
Candidates at PM and SPM level will be considered with a salary range of up to £75,000 per annum on offer, plus benefits.
It is essential that candidates have JCT Contract Administration experience, have worked from RIBA stage 3 to Practical Completion and have worked within the UK Project Management industry.
