Huntsman is delighted to support the next phase of growth for one of our repeat clients, who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior or Associate Project Manager to join their growing team in London.
This firm are going from strength to strength and have a number of impressive projects across both the Residential, Student Accommodation and Commercial Sectors whilst developing out its workstream in other markets.
They are looking for high-rise residential experience with the ability to run projects from the pre-construction phases (RIBA Stage 3) through to Practical Completion.
This firm are a growing boutique that have a varied group of predominantly private sector clients so candidates must be comfortable in a client facing role.
Other duties will include:
- Contract Administration (JCT)
- Employers Agent
- Putting together consultant teams
- Leading Projects and supporting larger schemes
- Chairing Meetings with both Clients and external parties
- Circa 8+ years of experience in industry
Candidates must be able to demonstrate leading day to day project management duties on schemes over £50million in value and be comfortable managing contractors and external consultants.
This firm operates with some flexibility, but candidates will be expected to be in the office / with clients 4-5 days per week.
On offer is a salary up to £90,000 plus benefits
Candidates willl have a proven track record within the consultancy market or have worked client side in a Project Management capacity and not solely DM.
