Huntsman is supporting one of our repeat clients in the recruitment of an experienced Associate Director Project Manager who will be a part of the delivery team on a £600 million private residential scheme in London.
This firm has a rich history in delivering iconic and high-value schemes across London and is looking for someone to support the lead Director in the contract administration (JCT) of a Tier 1 contractor with the development set for practical completion in early 2029.
Candidates must have:
- Strong JCT Contract Administration experience
- Have worked for a private sector consultancy (ideally within resi but other sectors will be considered)
- Have worked with Tier 1 contractors
- Be happy to be either site based in the Project Office (NW London) or in HQ.
- Be confident in the management of consultants.
This is a phenomenal project to be a part of and one that can shape a career. On offer is a salary of up to £85,000 plus benefits.
