We are delighted to be supporting a long standing client in their next hire for a Project Controls manager working across Financial clients. 

This firm are industry known for their Project, Programme and Cost Management capabilities and have been expanding their PMO group within private sector clients to include Media, Banking and Legal companies over the past couple of years. 

Candidates will need to have 2-3 years of experience in PMO or Project management (preferably in occupier services) and have experience using Power BI or similar tech. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor project performance against programme, budget and project objectives.
  • Produce regular project reports, dashboards and management information.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure robust document control processes.
  • Track project schedules, risks, changes and key milestones.
  • Support procurement activities, vendor appointments and invoice management.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain project governance, quality assurance and reporting standards.
  • Participate in project and stakeholder meetings across multiple programmes.

Required Experience 

  • Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience within construction, consultancy or commercial fit-out projects.
  • Understanding of project lifecycles, project controls or PMO environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience maintaining project schedules, risk registers and change logs.

  • Microsoft Project
  • Asta Powerproject
  • Power BI
  • Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Aconex

On offer is a salary of up to £60,000 plus a very good benefits package with clear career progression.
