The Role
- Deliver cost management services across a diverse range of projects.
- Prepare cost plans, estimates and tender documentation.
- Manage procurement processes and contract administration.
- Monitor project costs, variations and financial reporting.
- Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the successful delivery of projects from feasibility through to final account.
About You
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Previous consultancy experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, with NEC experience being an advantage.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Highly organised with strong commercial awareness.
- Currently working towards APC/MRICS, or keen to begin the APC journey, would be highly beneficial.
