This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded cost consultancy, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across heritage, film studios, commercial, education, residential and mixed-use developments. You'll play a key role in leading commissions, building strong client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members.

This position would suit an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys managing projects from inception through to completion while also taking an active role in supervising and mentoring Graduate and Project Quantity Surveyors.

The Role

  • Lead the commercial delivery of a wide range of projects across multiple sectors.
  • Prepare and oversee cost plans, estimates, procurement and tender documentation.
  • Manage contract administration and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Supervise, mentor and support Graduate and Project Quantity Surveyors, helping to develop their technical and professional skills.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard while maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.

About You

  • MRICS Chartered Surveyor is essential.
  • Proven consultancy experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, with NEC experience being advantageous.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior surveyors.
  • Commercially astute, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
