This is where you come in. As Project Director, you will lead that push, winning new work and delivering projects across commercial office, private residential and hotel developments. It is a true work-winning role for someone with an established network and a strong track record of originating private sector business.

Requirements
- Strong private sector development experience across commercial, residential or hotel projects
- Proven track record of winning work and building lasting client relationships
- Background within a project management consultancy or developer environment
Package
- Salary up to £150,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonus
- Annual company ski trip and summer trip for the whole team
- A leading role in building the private sector arm of an ambitious, fast-moving consultancy
