We are working with a fast-growing boutique construction consultancy that is looking to add a Project Manager to its London team. They have built a strong reputation in a short space of time, with their work currently focused mainly on London local authority schemes, and they are now growing their private sector offering. That means real scope to broaden your experience beyond the public sector as the business expands.
This is a hands-on delivery role across residential, office and community schemes, including community centres and other public buildings. You will run projects through their lifecycle, work alongside senior colleagues, and build strong relationships with clients and project teams.

Requirements
- Project management experience within the built environment
- Experience delivering local authority or public sector schemes for a consultancy, with private sector exposure a plus
- Holding or working towards RICS or APM accreditation, with support provided
Package
- Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonus
- Annual company ski trip and summer trip for the whole team
- Support towards RICS or APM accreditation
