Projects include:
- 400 unit PBSA development
- £700m masterplan in early design stage
- New city centre BTR development
- Mixed-used residential scheme
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and successfully deliver complex construction projects across various sectors.
- Manage and nurture client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve project goals effectively.
- Oversee projects during pre-construction stages, ensuring seamless progress.
- Prepare detailed and accurate project reports.
