Working for a fast growing SME Consultancy based in London's West End. This a brilliant opportunity for a chartered project-level Quantity Surveyor.
Working on a mixture of projects, this business have a very good reputation in the Consultancy market with a great Developer led client base.
You will be working alongside a small, but growing team of people who have a wealth of experience in the construction quantity surveying industry. The majority of the current pipeline is across Commercial Office developments and projects will vary from Fit Out, Cut & Carve, Shell and Core for both developers and occupiers. Other growing sectors include residential, retail and hospitality.
Candidates must have experience in a Quantity Surveying capacity, working for a UK consultancy.
It is important that you are chartered and have experience working with a Private Sector client base, are confident with report writing and have experience updating risk registers and are familiar with JCT Contracts.
There is excellent training and development opportunities from senior staff
Salary is up to £62k plus benefits package to include a very generous Bonus!
