The Opportunity
- Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a London-based Cost Management team
- Ideal for candidates with 3–6 years’ experience in consultancy or contracting seeking a more client-facing role
- Strong APC support, professional development, and leadership training provided
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and clients on high-profile, fast-paced projects
- Gain exposure across the full project lifecycle
- Particularly suited to those from smaller PQS firms or with a strong commercial mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost planning, estimating, and procurement across multiple projects
- Work on residential, BTR, and PBSA schemes with major UK developers and funds
- Support and mentor junior team members through their APC
- Act as Employer’s Agent on selected projects
- Contribute to client relationship management and broader team development initiatives
